You are not a calculator. We do promote eating in proportion, but in terms of quantity not calorie counting. We are more towards physical activity. We make our participants burn calories, so much that they can feel it shed through their skin. And, they know it is a lot. Though our methods are conventional, we stand by its effectiveness.
