Basic Wight Loss Rules

When you get hungry, you are less likely to make healthy choices .
never go on a diet when you are under great stress.
Ideally, you should try not to lose more than 1 to 2 ½ pounds per week.
A short training session per day is more effective than longer, less frequent periods.
Cut down , not out : Trim portions of it rather than remove entire categories (carbohydrates , fats, etc.)
Do not skip meals . When you get hungry, you are less likely to make healthy choices .
To lose weight , well , know that you can not go back to your old eating habits . You need to change your lifestyle.
Not grocery store when you are hungry. You’re likely to make high-fat, nutrient-poor impulse buying.
For a fit and toned figure, diet alone is not enough. You also need to exercise.
A slip does not have to lead to a whole day of overeating . To resolve to make better choices at the next meal .
