  • How long has Bootcamp Chennai been in operation?

     

    We started  bootcamp Chennai in 2005 and initially did personal classes. Based on their initial success, our students brought together a network of friends requesting for group classes. Now to cater the popular demand we have started group classes, we are currently running our 96th batch.

     

  • What will be my results when I attend your Bootcamp Chennai?

  • What do I need to bring to Bootcamp Chennai?

     

    Be dressed in comfortable sports clothing. Track pants and t-shirts are absolutely OK!
    Wear shoes such as running shoes instead of going barefoot. You can also carry a towel and water.

     

  • What must I do to see results?

     

    Give us above 85% attendance, 100% determination in being consistent and 120% heart during workouts. You must maintain a daily calorie count below 2000 calories, survive with the bare minimum but qualitative intake. Science of losing fat is simple, eat right, work smart.
